The Radical Reuben, voted Best in the Midwest, in Vegetarian Times reader’s poll 2008.

This is our signature dish. Soon to be featured on TLC’s currently unnamed new foodie show.

Tender seitan roast ‘beef’ with grilled peppers & onions, sauerkraut, melted soy or swiss cheese and our homemade vegan dressing, on toasted marbled rye. Shown with sweet potato fries.
