Hello Chicago Diner! My name is Vicki Hauptman. I have been to the Diner quite a few times in the past year, which has been a critical year for me. I am recovering from a serious eating disorder and for some reason, after my amazing cousin Rachel, brought me to The Diner, I was addicted. It become a place where I would eat my entire dish plus a dessert and feel freedom and happiness from the food and not guilt! Each and every time I try something different from the enchiladas, to lasagna, or the gyro sandwich, and I am always beyond impressed! I am not allowed to have dairy because of my stomach yet I can come here and enjoy a huge peanut butter cookie dough milkshake with extra peanut butter and chocolate chips!!!! I just wanted to thank you for helping me in my recovery. The Chicago Diner truly is my place of freedom, I leave my eating disorder outside and just let myself enjoy the amazing quality food, people, and environment!

Chicago Diner is our favorite restaurant in Chicago. My partner and I visit Chicago about once a year for a long weekend. We usually eat at Chicago Diner at least twice. We have loved everything we have tried.

Came across your website whilst looking for egg-free cakes.
Do you have a diner in U.K.?
Also, if you have an egg-free sponge cake recipe then, if you don’t mind, can you please share it with me. Tried several recipes but nothing tastes good.
