New Menu Items
New! Grilled Vegetable Panini
Zucchini, squash, onions & mushrooms sauteed with pesto & veggie bacon on a crispy-yet-soft, sun dried tomato ciabatta with melted cheese. Try it with our new root vegetable medley: parsnips, leeks, beets, carrots & sweet potatoes marinated with olilve oil & rosemary. Vegan option, of course.
New! Veggie Krab Cakes
Delicately seasoned tofu patties baked with a light breading served with a mustard remoulade sauce. The overall effect is somewhere between sublime & orgasmic. Our organic brown rice is now jazzed up with an infusion of black japonica, long and short grain aromatic brown rices.
New! Eggplant Parmesan*
A zesty tomato garlic sauce with layered oven-baked eggplant & vegan soy cheese. Served with garlic bread & steamed kale. You've never had Italian quite like this before (unless you've been eating at The Chicago Diner).
*This dish contains nuts.
ALSO:

Other new items include Edamame, Brocolli Cheese & 'Bacon' Potato Skins, Eggplant Caponata, Chickin' Ranch Sandwich

And making a deliciously triumphant return for a limited time! Vegan Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake

I Need A Home
"Hello, I was hit by a car and thought I was going to die. I just laid in the street until someone came by and noticed me. She thought I was dead but then she saw me breathing. So she brought me to her house where I am recuperating, but her cat doesn't like me so I can't stay here. I am a stray cat so I need shots & veterinary care, and I am very skittish, so I need extra special attention. If you have a big heart and can help please email: info@veggiediner.com."
