cheese & non-GMO soy products. Our baked goods contain organic whole wheat pastry flour & unbleached enriched wheat flour. We use oil & oil blends containing: canola, soy, palm, corn & olive oil.
A selection of our baked goods are now featured at 20 midwest Whole Foods Markets.
We now offer raw cheesecakes made with enyzyme rich cashew cream filling, agave sweetened, date-walnut-pecan crust.
